Frequently Asked Questions

The Answers You Need

Are we a campground or offer camping?

We are not a campground and we do not provide camping of any sort. We will gladly provide a list of recommended campground upon request. Feel free to ask any questions pertaining to where to go.

Are there any extra fees?

Our additional fees are as follows.

Delivery and Pick up fee: starts at $200 including 25 miles. Each additional loaded mile is $4. Our delivery range is 40 miles from Cartersville, GA.

Prep and Sanitize fee: $160

Pet fee (if applicable): $30 per pet

What do we need to bring?

Our campers come fully stocked with everything you will need for an incredible camping experience. We only ask you to bring your clothes, your food, and yourself. If you have special request please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are we allowed to bring our pets?

Yes! We do allow well behaved pets in most of our campers. (Not in the Gypsy or The Blue Bird) We require a non-refundable pet fee of $30 dollars per pet.

How does drop off and pick up work?

When you make your reservation, we will coordinate a time to drop off the RV when you arrive. We like to do a walk-thru with each guest, so you are familiar with the unit before we leave. Pick up times vary depending on campground check out time. We request to arrive 30 minutes prior to check out, so we can get out of the site in time.

How long in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, as dates fill up fast.

Is insurance Required?

If you plan to tow any of our RVs we do require you to have insurance. This assures all passengers and vehicles are protected during your trip.

If we are delivering the RV to you, you will not be required to purchase insurance!

Do you allow boondocking/dry camping?

We do not allow our RVs to be rented anywhere but a campsite with Live Water and Shore Power and/or a Licensed electrician installed outlet.

We do not allow camping with generators as they have proven to cause more issues to our RVs. We do not want to risk damaging any of the RVs in our fleet, which is why we will only rent to campgrounds.
